 Re: Designer Con 2014 Hauls My haul from Dcon 2014 the main thing I wanted from Dcon was the Sakura lord ollie to match the Sakura lord jyujin and I was lucky enough to get called during the lottery  ...the goccodo figures are really fun the Bug guy was my first purchase of the con and it was amazing meeting all the vendors from Japan

Interestingly, Dcon started life as QEEology, and was held in a small room at the Pasadena Convention Centre. Maybe 2004.... Dedicated entirely to [expletive deleted]. It's massive now, but manageable and eclectic. I'm hoping it doesn't get too much bigger and lose its charm.

Such a great show. I tried my best through the language barrier to thank the following for making the trip, and essentially begged them to return next year.....Uamou, Refreshment, Real x Head, Punk Drunkers, and Skull Toys. A trip to Japan isn't going to happen anytime in the near future for me, so it was cool to buy direct from the creators. Also really appreciate Koji Cometdebris and Rich MVH for making long trips to the show.
