Post M1 Vinyl Discolouration Question
I was lucky enough to catch one of these last night before it sold and as soon as I saw it I added to cart and completed the process. After taking care of that I went back to check photos and saw the discolouration on the legs.. Does this look like sun damage or maybe it's just weirdness coming out of the camera reflecting the red paint/red print on the bag (which I kind of doubt). I've compared the pic to other photos of the toy both bagged and unbagged and none have this weird shade.

I've sent the dealer an email asking about the condition of the toy and they have since sent me a payment confirmation without addressing the issue... Kind of don't want to buy it if it's marked like this. There was however no mention of stains in the item title. What do you guys think?

It's the way the sprays were done. :/

Iuno, looks great to me.

Hey, if you don't like it in hand I for once feel that you won't have a problem selling it (I'm your guy btw ;) ). Such a great looking sculpt and even better paint. Awesome pick up.

Very strange.. it's almost like the pink vinyl is burnt. Must be a subtle spray that I hadn't picked up on before in previous photos.. I am colourblind with a lot of shades so maybe it never registered for me.

I doubt I'll let it go after lucking out on finding one.. I'll take a chance :)

Looks fine to me, hard to tell much from those pics. Here is mine, this is how he is supposed to look (one foot is blue the other has red)

Sometimes there is variation in spray. Not every one will look identical since they are painted by hand.

Oh yeah for sure that part would be the sprays, sorry I may not have described it well enough - My concern is the naked pink vinyl at the bottom of the leg looks burnt.. the sprays are fine. They sent me a clear picture in better lighting and I can see the pink vinyl is clean on those naked areas so its all good :) Seems to be just a bit of overspray from the red/orange paint if anything.. to be honest I would have ended up buying it if it was stained anyway.

Yeah looks good. Congratulations on a wonderful toy, one of my faves. I'd love to own an original vintage version but way out my price range and nothing wrong with M1 at all.
