I'm a huge fan of the band. They have a lot of music releases that are exclusive to fan club members at live events. One of the biggest perks about FCi is that these releases, which can be tough to get in Japan (you have to spend hundreds on traveling to shows), are offered for $3.08 at the FCi store at SWW. (Only FCi members can access that area). I traveled 6 hours away to see Balzac last night and despite being in the front, missed the exclusive CD that was passed out at the end.

Last year there were 3 FCi exclusive toy releases and one that was sold at SWW before Shocker. Also, SWW got the 2015 New Years stuff.

@Moonbeams. Thats good to know. Ive seen Balzac a couple of times, and they are fun (and the merch girl told me at one show that they are very clean, always good to know) - but its toy over music for me. I'm in FCi - but as I never get emails I dont check in - I guess I should up my dilligence...but I never think to check there. Wish they had a newsletter they could send to me n Toby.

While I may kick myself for adding extra competition. SWW does have a Facebook page and they sometimes post the toy releases. Closest thing to a newsletter.

good to know but sadly i haven't been on my facebook for a few years and probably will forget to check sww facebook too...carl please email me updates once you find them...

But if you want to stay on top of things, there's a whole message board out there devoted to the band. That's where you'll find the announcements.

I received the order accepted email from SB for drippy trippy, replied but never receive the paypal invoice. I have written numerous times to SB but have not hear anything from them. Any advice if this is normal and I should just wait for the eventual invoice or just give up on the order? In addition, will I be ban from future orders? Thanks

Yep. All normal. I used to get tracking #s emailed...not anymore. Used to get the invoice a few days late and sometimes that does happen. sometimes i get them quick others slow.

I wouldn't write 10 emails in one week asking for an update, but that is just me.

I was on the cancel list for the Werm and had the same situation you all did happen with it.

Cancel list- re post- sell out - no word.

You might get the Ban Hammer if you do the following :

After we get your decision, we send an invoice via paypal.
Please pay for it within 72 hours after you get an invoice. If you don't pay within 72 hours, we regard you cancel.
In this case, we might not accept you order from next time. Please understand in advance.

I've sent email, received order accepted email, got their invoice, paid and they emailed me back with tracking all on the same day that Hevi reappeared.

Only happened once before previously for all my orders to SB.

So not sure bout your situation now. This must be almost a week ago now?

SB's customer service and communication can be spotty and sporadic... I take it as the nature of the beast when ordering anything from overseas. Some times you get a hit and other times, a miss. Sometimes more misses than hits tho

Thank you @Mecha and @des_yeo03 for the kind advice. I suspect SB may have sent the invoice to the wrong email address but am still communicating and hoping to be able to resolve it with SB. My biggest fear is the Ban Hammer as @Mecha has mentioned. Hopefully all will be good. And Congrats @des_yeo03 for scoring that hevi!
