S7 have posted something over on instagram about the two new figures being exclusive to Star Wars Celebration. I hope i'm just misinterpreting that. Can't imagine these would be made in small numbers.

Shadow Trooper made at the same factory that made the Stormtrooper. Boba Fett made at a different factory, but the quality is the same. We are excited to have them finally out as well! In the above post Brian just says the Shadow Trooper "comes out" at the SWC, not that it's limited to the event. Same with Fett at SDCC.

A small number were airshipped in to have them at the event. There are more coming, but it is a small run as well.

Sounds more like they bought it at Celebration and are flipping it. But for some reason that gets a pass because they have a brick and mortar store, and aren't doing the flipping on the boards or ebay.
