Thank you for sharing the photos Lixx, I also think this version is better than Bandai. The detail of the translucent helmet is best, besides the art on the header card is awesome.

Couple of nice looking bootlegs in there, but the rakugaki (writing on figures) is heavy.

Is there really no way of removing unwanted rakugaki?

There are some methods, but I think it's tough once the ink is deeply absorbed into the vinyl. I usually just avoid "named" toys in the first place, but there might be some people here who have been able to successfully remove ink marks.

Yeah I agree with Andy - the marker gets adsorbed into the vinyl and over time is not possible to get out without aggressively treating the toy ... if the writing is over paint forget it.

Agreed pretty steep price for toys with writing all over them. Only really rare figure in there is that Devilman bootleg mini.

A couple of interesting ones ended this morning. I am not up on all the Red Baron variations, but this one was perfect for me based on its size (27 cm - I mostly collect standard and larger figures). Despite the stains over much of it, it went well out of my reach. Anyone familiar with this?




Then there was this Mazinger Z vinyl. Looks like maybe a KO? I've never seen it before, but I would not have expected it to go this high.

I do not like too much the detail of feet and fists painted blue, but it's still a great piece.
Congratulations if somebody here was the lucky winner.

The blue painted 'accessorries' is a bit unusual - have not seen that before. I am not sure how I feel about it, particularly considering the character (almost like the painter was just going by a standard tokausatsu superhero aesthetic), but in light of the inflated price it went for, I think I will still with the typical bootleg. Interesting variant to see though.

I've seen him with green boots and gloves which looks pretty neat but yeah the blue looks a bit overpowering .. pricey too, I mean its bagged but jeez man
