Post Jeff Mills in San Fran
This saturday at Mighty! The Godfather of techno finally comes to San Francisco. I have seen Jeff in Chicago, Germany and Los Angeles but never by the Bay.

I can't fucking wait.

Not sure if these old bones can still Techno like the used too but if my orange rubber pants still fit I am wearing them!

If you want a taste or just need an education check the man out in action (and god bless youtube).

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pf9Rr5Wrg_c

I have something to be thankful for.

(P.S. - Turkeys have rights too!)

We saw Kevin this summer at a pool party.

Living in SF is a lucky break! Sat will be the 1st time Jeff Mills has ever played here. I can't even believe that! Hopefully we can give him a great show.

it was packed with 30 somthings and a few whipper snappers. mills went for it and played hard ass techno for almost 4 hours. he played all the classics (the bells) and a few new tracks that were just nuts. my favorite night out this year.

mills does not dissapoint.

its nice to know hardcore JP vinyl collectors dig Detroit techno.. Jeff is a wild maniac..as are all of the detroit crew. just not enough local love anymore.. i don't blame though because they get paid to go overseas and they are treated likely rockstars
