Slashdot just posted a story today about this today, with links to a few stories at the Japan Times. The stories require an annoying registration process, but they're worthwhile.

Check out the Slashdot user comments, too. Some of them are unintentionally funny, like the guy who thinks Ultraman is Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers:
