It could be a few of things. most likely the vinyl leaching from heat during shipping or other factors that would make the vinyl leach... I mean the paint app itself is top notch and there is no finger print in the paint or scratches.. Re: Cure Discussion Spot Mine has sat for a few days out of the bag & no issues. With some toys, incompatible paint is used (remember some of Bwana's earlier paint jobs), but I think sometimes toys are simply bagged up too soon.
