it's almost like inserting an image, except you click on the "YOUTUBE" button, then you'll get...

^^^ between the space, you add the youtube code link, but only the part after the "v=" URL,
so, for example:
if the youtube link is:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v= C-UKbDMfnuI then you input:
[ y o u t u b e ]
C-UKbDMfnuI [ / y o u t u b e ]
this produces...
