 Ultraman type figures . . . . I.D help? Anyone recognise these characters? Or are they just Pachi-style creations . . . .

There is just so much randomness thrown onto one figure, I just...I don't even know, but it is sublimely kooky. I heart it for sure. I doubt that they are anything 'licensed' though.
