It's just professors are for the most part lazy. I'm not saying all, but a majority just can't teach. It's on students to take all the prerequisites and understand- it's on professors to actually teach new material and make sure you know steps a-c before going straight to step d. Don't assume oh you're all grad students or Engineering majors... Unless you have absolutely no life and live for school (and I'm 46 so I'm not out partying but yes I do have a life outside school) you're not going to just 'get it' magically without explanation. Try and weed me as much as you want I have a year left and I'm not dropping my major, I'll pass and get into the workforce where guess what- I'll never use 75% of what you tried to force in my head.

I'm all about tough regulations regarding protecting the environment (it's the field I'm entering job-wise and something I strongly believe in), but I'm also against disarming citizens, pretty much legalizing everything (fuck running and subsidizing a prison system for drug users/offenders), legalize same sex marriage, pro-choice, stopping the NSA from snooping, getting the US out of foreign affairs, criminalizing wall street a-holes, stopping corporations from trying to influence congress and deregulate everything so they can rake in massive profits on consumers, close our damn borders and stop letting immigrants in (because we can't take care of the world and these people end up costing us taxes and pretty much are exploited), oh and definitely GET RELiGION out of EVERYTHING- off the money, buildings, fucking everything. Away with that shit.
