actually you might need to charge the sheet under natural light for 12 hours in order to make it glow

So why doesn't it glow? living dead made a thread about this before, but he never got a response. I'm curious, too.

Aren't there multiple glow Skull Bees? And aren't there at least two obakes with a glowing body (as opposed to the sheet)?
