The eyes are reminding me of those TWIM bomberkids from the early 2000s, but the sculpt is rounder and does remind me more of Headlock of BXH. Maybe a collab?

Gonna tag along in this thread. I have a figure I purchased when I first got into collecting. Bought it cause I liked the sculpt, still have no idea who/what it is.
