It was a FC item, but that doesn't mean some of the shops in the US won't be selling him. That doesn't mean they will either. I don't have the answer to that.
The FC Halloween set was available at TT for a short minute.

I did but deleted it..I ralized i keep posting that i have all 3 and it maybe getting kind of stale-Felt like i was rubbing some noses in it so i got rid of it but hey did i mention i have all 3-lol
