unreal the shipper sent this from Japanny with no bubble wrap,no box in fact no packing at all just shipped with a plastic wrap around it it came really battered , I emailed him telling him that I was less than chuffed at his none existant packing skills , sent him pictures of the state of the box and the replied saying it was ok when it shipped and it doesn't matter as these always fetch $400 on evil bay and then said he'd give me a discount next time I bought something from him....like there will be a next time

Yeah, if I recall correctly that seller actually just stuck the labels and stamps straight in the box! Not a great start to '07!

I guess that's one of the benefits of buying through Celga . . . the fees suck but there packing ALWAYS guarantees the stuff arrives in A1 shape!

Condolences DR . . . was the Companion OK?

That sucks :/

I have had something shipped from the US in a similar state from an online vinyl retailer, basically one piece of newspaper put in a larger box with the boxed toy. So all the way downunder it got bashed around.

Thankfully the seller acknowledged the issue and gave me credit towards a future purchase.. but I was pretty pee'd off. So I know how you feel :/

This is so ridiculous!! I can't believe someone sent out such a valuable piece like that. They truly suck as sellers. The service is totally unacceptable; and their attitude is even more offensive. Sorry to see it - at least the figure is ok.

Amazing the dissected arrived unscathed considering the crunch on the right bottom corner! It looks like his foot would've been damaged.
