I'm hoping mine shows up today and I'll post stuff tonight if it arrives. I'm really curious about the versions out there.
Is there a list of figures or is it a totally random/no production size kind of deal?

I saw some fight figs from the 2006 lucky bags on JYA a few weeks back. At least the descriptions claimed they were from lucky bags.

I got mine yesterday and there is some wicked stuff in there. The bags come as an open cloth bag, so you just reach right in there and pluck out your prizes.
Mine had a painted Zagoran, blank Bakobasu, Hawaiian Hedoran, yellow gatcha, black mini zag, red unchi, black desura, and the keychain guy...I might even be leaving some out. Pretty fun package.

Well mine showed up and I got the exact same figures as joshuajh.
I think the lesson here is to buy big. I'm ok with what I got but I really wanted a full-size Hedoran painted and then there's the key-chain...mehh....
So next time 20,000 yen bag or bust!
