 Skullwing Price check
I'm about to take the plunge and buy some of my first SB, and I was just wondering what a couple of the skullwings have been going for recently. The 2 that I'm most interested in are the 2 glows with silver and blue spray.

... I guess I should have expected something like that, but it's still a little surprising (can you tell I'm new to SB? XD). Maybe my question should be "what's the least expensive skullwing?"... haha

the green star, red star and gold astrozombie wings are the easiest and cheapest to come across... usually between 75-100
PM mutonismyfriend, i think he has a bunch of silverspray glow wings he is trying to dump

Gold Skullwings (non-chase version) is probably the most affordable right now... definitely for less than $100. Plus I think it's actually the coolest looking one anyway.

The red star one and the green version of it are fairly cheap too. Both often go for well under $100 with the green being the more expensive of the two.
The gold certainly is nice.

I'll sell you a gold skullwing for $80 shipped in the states.
Be ready for a fight if you're going for the silver spray though. . .

Great deal! I paid almost twice that for mine and don't regret it in the least (well, not too much. . . ). I agree with 'Moco, though - it's my favorite of the ones I have.

Since we're on the subject...who has an OG red one for me (or a flocked, for that matter)
I love my glows, good luck to everyone who wants them!

So what happened to all the silver sprays? Was it an extremely limited release or something? Seems like it's the last one on a lot of people's lists, or at least at the top...

I'm not sure if it's any more rare than other Skullwings, but for some reason, it just doesn't show up on auction sites very often. It's been at least 3 months if not longer since I've seen one put up for sale. The other hard to get one is the Red one... others come up fairly regularly.

Alot of the "rare" SB seems cyclical though. It seems like SB fans in Japan are still finding shoe boxes full of some of these figures at various times. For a long while there were no UBIQ brains ever, then all of a sudden there were a few for sale...then no secreters, but there's been a pretty steady stream of them now for awhile (except for the employee, but even the forest one has been around)...the most glaring example recently has been the Cockys...none for 6 months+ and then probably 8 or so sold on YJA within a month.

I haven't seen many "rare" SB period for the last two months or so on YJA... or am I using the wrong search words?
or maybe it just seems that way because when i started buying from YJA there were a few sellers w/ a whole bunch of figures
