Anyone watch 24 last night? Seems like the storyline contains even more stuff that's really far-fetched and impossible, but it is still excusible due to the nonstop action. Can't wait for the adventures of Jack Bauer to continue tonight....

I'm a sucker for this show. I was hoping that they woulda made Jack escape from China, but whatever...seeing him rip out the carotid of some dude with his teeth was just as badass!

That was some hardcore Lost Boys action! I was also hoping a team would come to bust him out, then they would be reveled to be the new bad guys, just a twist.

yeah, that part made me cringe... even more interesting interrogation tactics, like a knife in the knee and i think a stick up the... not really sure where it went up. I was surprised it's been 6 seasons already..

yes, i also love the show, 6 seasons, cool. However i dont think the fun can last, CTU seems boring with only chloe left, no tony, michelle, etc...

Seeing Jack rip out someones throat with his teeth, and watching the Ahmed kid being thrown around like a rag doll, and through a coffee table, turned me off on a show I have really liked. They also threw in some torture titaillation in the first episode too. Kids love that stuff. Keifer as exec producer has realized that violence and torture sell. So if they managed all that in ep 1, expect 22 more espisodes of the same...Yeah!

For a real take on stomach churning violence and torture, read the article in yesterday's NY Times mag on the life of a teenage soldier in Sierra Leone in the 90's. Eye gouging, torture, death and drugs - realistic and not in the least bit entertaining.
