I've always wondered why nobody ever made a rootbeer flavored ice cream... I'd love it.

I had some of the root beer Popsicles with the vanilla ice cream fill last week. They rule! The original Popsicle makes a root beer flavor, that comes in a pack with lemon lime and banana.

Carrot Cake Rice Cream. The rice milk part probably scares people but that's okay. Let them be scared! I want to horde it all for myself and Sir J. Bunny.

Some soy based Ice Cream are great, Tofutti's 'Better Pecan' and their Almond Bark are my faves for their line. Makes the best 'ice cream soup' after it sits out for 10 minutes...
And from Chicago there is this below, and I can not get enough of their Coffee flavor!

Not sure where you are at, but Whole Foods carries about 4 or 5 brands of non-dairy vegan soy or rice based 'ice cream'. Not a big fan of the Rice Dream but I haven't had any of that brand in years...
Trader Joes would be another place, or call any 'health' food store and if they have a freezer section, they should carry the goods.
Happy hunting

Yeah, I get these little tofu based ice-cream sandiwiches called "Cuties" at Trader Joes... very tasty and you'd never know they weren't real ice-cream.
