Post Guidance Please!
Alright ,I have decided to start collecting some of these japanese toy's,I have been checking out tha super7 site and I am really diggin this stuff,I actually kinda like tha japanese monsters better than tha secretbase stuff, but my problem is I don't know where to start! I thought about maybe starting out with tha Blobpus and Blobpi pieces,I find these to be really appealing,so if anybody could give me a few suggestions I would appreciate it...Yes I have decided to join tha darkside,to hell with all that designer shit I have almost sold off everything I have ever bought, except my CP's,I will always be a CP freak..So please lead me down this glorious road of japanese kaiju....

Buy the new Ultraman box sets of the TV show from the 60's. Once you see them move and their quirky attacks it should make you focus on a couple of different monsters and see how you go.

www.clubtokyo.org has a pretty comprehensive list of different kaiju by different companies etc.

Also, try and get hold of some back issues of S7 to see their write-ups on various shows/films and the related toys.

just start reading, poking around, picking out things you like and searching to find more info about them ^^

searching topics here is great, but there are many great websites that can give you up front factual info on kaiju.

hmm lets see... go poke around clubtokyo for a while. hehe.
it may help give you a feel for different companies and versions of figs, and its in english. lol

You should buy a full set of back issues of Super7 magazine.
