Moog, might be one of their Roman Albums. I have HH Roman Album Dash 6 and it has six pages of Bear Model toy line pics. As far as were to find an english version of this info I have no idea though, sorry. I think I also tried to find this info awhile back with no luck.

I have issues of HH going back to 2006, I beleive they are 06/07 issues. I know for sure I have the two issues on the right but not sure about the others. I remember seeing the page you are after as I recently went over my early issues - I will check for you but I won't be back in Australia (where my collection is) till mid February.

I am after earlier issues of HH myself and have been popping into second hand stores in Japan. If I see any of these issues, I will check them out and take note.

    ^^^ Cool . . . thanks for the help. I appreciate it :)

Its a shame the picture is a bit low-res so the issue numbers and year are not legible . . . that would of made it a lot easier!

Sorry if this sounds shitty of me but there's a load of old HyperHobby on ebay right now or at least there was a couple of days ago.

You can buy from Amazon Japan if it's being sold directly by them- they ship overseas (I've done this before). If it's an individual seller though, selling through Amazon Japan, more than likely they will not ship overseas. Look in the upper right hand corner there is always a english language link. When the page goes to english see if it's an individual or amazon japan. Shipping is really expensive though. I ordered a book that was only 1500-2000 yen and ended up costing me $60 if I recall.

Yeah, that's why I want to go to Japan, whenever I buy some small cheap toy from Japan I get killed on postage and yet Australia is only a 1k return flight from my City! Buying a $10 toy and paying $50 shipping is like paying a stripper to kick me in the balls.

Hey! There is absolutely no need to go slagging what some of us call a completely normal sexual fetish.

^^ That Simian omake at the top is such a great little sculpt . . . . :)

Another pic of the painted Bakutari but this time paired up with the flesh lucky-bag. Love 'em!

Bakutari reminds me of some sort of weird elephant-spider-scorpion. I like it!

Seeing pics like this of companies I love makes me really wish I had more time to scrounge and look everywhere for all these gems. Such a great collection, The Moog.

So many great sculpts with fantastic colors in there. I wish one day I get to have as many myself.

    Cheers!

I love collection shots . . . apart from anything else, it gives you a better idea of the scale of each figure.

Moog, I totally envy you for those Gargantua brothers! Fantastic sculpts. I had a shot at unpainted glowies of those guys once and stoopidly let 'em pass...

Of course, the mini yokai from the Daiei film are great. And, damn...that unpainted King Bockle in the back is pretty amazing--I think I knew he was giant-sized, but I don't think I'd ever actually seen him alongside other figures for a real sense of scale.

SO cool to see this, Moog... thanks for sharing!
Bear Model is just such a wonderfully damn particular company, and it's rare that you get to see such a large gathering of their stuff in one person's collection.
