Regarding that Youtube video. I'mm not sure that guy is smart enough to fake anything, though I do think his explosion was a vent that was certainly triggered from other stuff not related to that game. One thing I am sure of though is that he did get exercise with repeatedly throwing his hands up in the air and hitting his head ridiculously, that Thor's hammer bit was hysterical, the whole thing was very funny though its very sad that people like that have nothing better to do with their life
All that for a stupid Bossk toy? That is just silly. How could anyone behave like that? And all for the consumerism of a piece of plastic. But no 300 lbs dude is gonna stand between me and my General Madine figure. The gods themselves take note! On an unrelated topic, Attention customers, we have Nags available in the clearance bin for $1.49 in aisle 7.
Nope, it's a character. That's really all I've got to add to this thread, because I don't have anything nice to say.
sorry guys. i was EXTREMELY drunk, and in the mood to be an asshole. apparently, reading through my embarrassing posts, i succeeded. @ls, i haven't watched the thor guy video yet, but based on the bossk example, i will like the guy. i want to appologize to flynn for I FART A LOT slapping his chill out request. sorry dude. i really didn't mean to be an ass, even though i am a bad character. and i will give you an extra special weirdo american extremist nerd guy hug for reactioning the alien kenner figs (best new EVER). i also want to make a public apology to wizeguy for publicly dissing his gorilla biscuits collection. again, i'm an ass. even though i hate the band and toy, i really really do appreciate your collection. anyways, i hope skullbrainers world wide can forgive me. you all are still great shit, even though i don't see eye-to-eye with you 80% of the time...
My 2 cents: I appreciate good design and great toys that come from a sense of same. I appreciate acid wit when it knows where to find a natural limit of common sense and decency. I encourage open, friendly debate as to what specifically makes a design, mold, release or company worth our support. I believe friendly, heart-in-the-right-place noobs should be helped, informed, referred to threads and told to shut up as a last resort. Specifically, the bias against mainstream toys, brands and characters in favour of our individual pet collections is often silly and ignorant, except when it totally isn't, but even then we're talking opinion. Basically, more IMHO and less open mocking would be nice, unless your comment is funny as fuck. And to the artists, dreamers, friends, toy gods and custom freaks that make this awesome technicolor trash, a tip of the hat. Cheers, James
