toy prom their first close dance... that awkward eye level... a tender moment... the chaperones look on with envy... the end
the song that was on repeat in my head: “she's not there” by the zombies. no particular reason other than school dances hardly ever ending well? so, yeah, no pron. maybe their lower halves warmed each other during the close dance, and that's as far as it went. disappointing, huh? the song i imagine was playing at the dance: “peek-a-boo” by siouxsie & the banshees. did i mention it was an awkward slow dance. these shots set up themselves. it was an unexpected but fun surprise that there's maybe only 0.5mm difference in their neck joints and fit very well. maybe that's what brought the whole prom thing to fore i wouldn't mind a true grody shogun x real x head collab!
it's actually at the museum of science and industry's main entrance. the plastinated giraffe was set up to promote the new body worlds exhibit going on at the time. i wish a mall manager would be ballsy enough to put one in their food court.
Wow, those Frosty guys are soo much better than the initial pic I saw. The paint work on his face is stunning!! Subtle, but completely perfect. I am completely in love with the contrast of the eyes, and the addition of the blue really makes him pop. I am really blown away by Luke's work on these. Sure, I'll admit to having a bias as this is probably my favourite head, but hey, this figure is one of the best I have ever seen from Grody. I think Luke is really starting to hone his painting talent. I hope they are all as good as yours James. Great score
