Yes, I stand corrected and humbled. I know it is a bit of an obvious connection, but I always thing of these Grody gets getting together in the quiet of night to boogie down with some Monster Mash (a la Mad Monster Party). Your previous dancing pic has not helped to dispel me of this notion. These guys just scream out about all kinds of secret sofubi shenanigans.
I know you know I was kidding, Steve! The only thing humbling here is how great that toy looks. I couldn't agree more about the secret sofubi shenanigans - more than any other toys I own the Grodys seem like they'd be up to something whenever I'm not looking.
Really clean paint on your Frosty TiredChildren. This new arrival swears he wasn't up to anything. But just look at those hands...
I believe the second wave of Sherbet are starting to ship out. No word yet on the Unsups, I assume since Luke is so swamped they havent been made yet. On the other hand, looks like the US EM's are starting to ship!! and they sure do look sick!!! can't wait to get mine.
The blanks haven't arrived, the painted ones are starting to ship out, in waves I assume. Mine arrived with my sherbets yesterday
i got my shipping invoice yesterday, so they should be hitting chicago the middle of this week, i'd imagine.
Those pics on Kadomiumtank's blog perfectly illustrate the awesome playability of Grody Shogun toys. They also make me wish I had scored one of those Cadaver Kids.
The playability on these is awesome! Really cool pics. Plus unmixing both EM's make them look really good too.
my pleasure, mister french-canadian! i love to buy toys even if it's for other people. also i enjoy fondling them before they head back out to their final destination speaking of fondling, what's he oh-so-nonchalantly reaching back for?
I keep telling them, "Quit with the ball-cupping!" but they just won't listen... I tell you, Bill, I'm at my wits end.
has anyone attempted to fit the em arms into a monster body? sockets too small? i really want to give articulation to the little guys…
