I saw that pic of the micro Negora on Yo's twitter this morning, was hoping it would be at SDCC. Sweet!

 

bummed the gray with black stripes is an SDCC exclusive, probably won't be able to get one

who did it? It couldve easily just had the mask painted on the face and no wings but the resin pieces make this thing soo nuts.

i don't like it very much, but i can appreciate the effort put into it. with mr. nagata's precision with sculpting and painting, i'd expect something a little cleaner and less muddled. i'm sure it's a tribute to a DM toy with a similar paint application.

Great write up and pictures Andy over at your blog. I actually wrote Ken at One-Up the same day of the festival in hopes to be able to get the Negora set. Just received my email from him stating the sales had sold out at the festival. Of course I already knew that before his email after seeing your pics from your write up on your blog.

Also 30 of these were made available at the Akiba Daisuki Festival from One-Up booth as a lottery only. Apparently not many submitted for the lottery of this micro Negora. As a total of 3 were left over from the festival and were lotto off with submissions directly to One-Up a few days later.

Those Akiba Daisukl Festival Negoras are awesome! Sometimes it's alright to know I'll probably never get a toy, but man, I'm really liking the choice in color.

Is it wrong that I may have pre-ordered a King had I known it'd come with that mini?

 

Someone should do a custom with sold out painted on it...

 

I've waited longer for pre-orders. the Micro Negora just sweetens the deal
