I can't wrap my brain around exclusives still. It sucks, Bayonetta was so good. Oh well, maybe I'll play God Hand again sometime to get my beat em up on.
I played Liberation Maiden on the 3DS. Crazy it has come out on the iOS, but rightfully so! Fun action, and the last boss is crazy! And I second Damaged Bryan's decision to play God Hand...
Oh yeah, forgot it was on 3DS. God Hand is the best. So difficult once you get to Die. But so much fun.
Rocking the emulators on Android. One of the benefits of the OS. Sega Genesis, SNES, GBA and NES. Works great for RPGs, but a little tough for action games. You won't last on Contra with the touchpad controls, hahaha.
I've been playing Ingress, an augmented reality Android game. http://youtu.be/92rYjlxqypM Players of the game belong to one of two factions, “Enlightened” (represented in green) and “Resistance” (blue). The game-play allows players to enclose regions of territory on the surface of the earth with virtual links between virtual portals, which are visible in the game software. The top-level goal of the game is for one’s faction to control large numbers of “Mind Units”, the estimated number of humans within the regions of territory controlled by the faction. I play with a coworker during the day.. It's crazy how many times we've been taking over portals during out lunchbreak and the opposing team has players fighting back all in a virtual world and I've never run into them. I'll see people using their smartphones and wonder if it's them.. Lol.. If you decide to play, join the Resistance..
Dude. If you ever wondered what would a Nick Jr. cartoon and taking a nap, in video-game form feel like, Kirby's Epic Yarn. In all the right ways. This game is dripping with charm and creativity, from spectacular visuals, storybook-like world, to the acoustic soothing music, it just a delight to play. Its like the Katamari of Kirby game. Seriously, its Sleeping Time Tea & Pillow: The Video Game. So soft. So relaxing. So fun.
I am still playing warhammer online because I live in the past & its still the best pvp mmo. If anyone wants to make a free trial account and terrorize the lowbie area with me, pm me.
Anyone playing anything new? I don't know whether I want to pick up Luigi's Mansion or Bioshock Infinite... For some reason, I've been jamming LocoRoco lately. Oldie but a goodie.
Finally picked up a 3ds xl with the sale target is having. Got fire emblem, Mario bros 2 and of course ocarina of time. Haven't played yet as I just finished persona 4 golden (great game btw) and trying to finish up tomb raider (another great game so far). I have credit for GameStop too so ill probably get bioshock and luigi soon. I really enjoy the vita especially now that I got a 32gb memory card. So many games to play, plus disgaea became free on ps plus today. Oh and I also upgraded my og fat ps3 from 60 to 750 gb hdd. Yea being home from work with the baby has allowed alot of late night gaming.
I agree.. One of my favorite games. Graphics and gameplay are incredible! Kirbys return to dreamland is another one I enjoy playing.
The Adventure Time game is pretty sweet but it feels very bare bones. For a cartoon that has Legend of Zelda elements, the game doesnt have enough questing.
Bioshock infinite Is stunning! Still keeps the charm of previous titles and doesn't feel as generic as most of these games being churned out these days
Bought a Vita. Downloaded Dokuro, Sine Mora and Sound Shapes. Looking for a copy of Persona 4. Waiting for Soul Sacrifice. This system is freaking slick.
Do let me know how it compares to the first two. Loved the first one, have the second one but never had the time to play it, and debating whether getting the third is a good idea.
Fun as in FUN FUN I enjoyed the first 2, but this one is allot better...really enjoying the story and the city is amazing. There is lots of fun stuff to do.
I played the new Tomb Raider all weekend, it's absolutely amazing! I've never played a Tomb Raider game before, if they're all this good, I'll be playing those too...
They are not all that good. Hahaha. They were good for their time, but now are probably stiff and frustrating. If you like the new Tomb Raider, and have a PS3, then I highly recommend the Uncharted series.
I'll second that. theyre basically the only games I play besides DS stuff. I played the online for the second one till the third came out and now I'm doing the same till the fourth comes out, heh!
