Fuck all these Nazi toys. No matter how well sculpted it is, there is no more need for any of this dreck.

 

I was going to say maybe its the Buddhist swastika, but i looked it up first, and nope - thats the Nazi swastika.

At this point, unless Mirock puts a gentle Buddhist Swazi on a toy, I'm just going to go out and assume anyone that puts one on their toy is doing it for shock value.

 

I know it's been discussed in another thread but I will never understand these toys with Hitler heads or Swastikas.

 

Just like putting genitals on a toy, putting a swastika on one isn't shocking, it simply says (imho) that you are a creative moron and artistically bankrupt.

 

next time you see a toy on ig with a nazi swastika, or depiction of hitler be sure to report it as offensive. I’m pretty sure FB/IG won’t stand for that shit.

That's what I thought - but judging from the reply I received within five minutes, it doesn't violate IG/FB's TOS. Tapped to have them re-check their decision & received a reply saying the picture did indeed violate their terms against hate speech/symbols and had been permanently removed. Except it kinda hasn't... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Edit: Welp, seems after some deliberation they came to the conclusion that a Nazi swastika DOES qualify as a "hate symbol" after all... Bless those bright minds at IGFB!

 

Although one can't forget that his first toy was packaged with a box and/or bag featuring a slightly modified Totenkopf design.

I talked to Gerald, and this was a sample panted by the factory that he didn’t approve. He was actually super bummed and asked them to take it down.

He showed me a test paint he did, and it’s amazing, and in steep with his 2D art. Totally makes the toy.

Wish I could show you, but it makes this toy WAY better. I’m sure he’ll post when he’s ready.
